“No-Hassle” Refund & Exchange Policy
Your Receipt Guarantees It!
For fast and easy returns, keep your receipt! It not only ensures that you get proper credit for your purchase, but it also helps our associates process your return quickly.
When you have an item to return or exchange simply bring in your original receipt, along with the item.
If you have questions about our policy, please talk to a Customer Service Associate or ask for a Store Manager.
Refund & Exchange Guidelines:
- Merchandise must be returned within 90 days of purchase, unopened, new and in the original packaging accompanied by the original receipt.
- The refund will be issued in the same form of the original payment. We will refund cash for cash, credit your commercial account or credit your debit or credit card. Card must be present at time of refund.
- Lumber and building materials are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened, new and in the original packaging to be eligible for refund or exchange.
- Online purchases are eligible for return or exchange in-store.
- Exchanges must be returned in original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt.
Exceptions:
- Items that show weathering, fading and/or packages that no longer meet selling standards will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Restrictions may apply to purchases made by check
- A gift card will be issued for purchases made with a gift card.
- Purchase amounts greater than $1000.00 may need to be refunded by our business office and can take 7-10 business days to process and mail.
- Returns without a receipt will be issued a gift card based on the lowest selling price.
- Special orders, delivery charges, custom-made or cut items are not eligible for a refund.
- Shipping and Handling are not eligible for a refund.
- Labor for application or installation of a defective product is not eligible for a refund.
- Outdoor Power Equipment: Gas-Powered Outdoor Equipment such as tillers, edgers, mowers, string trimmers, blowers, tractors, generators, chainsaws as well as all other gas-powered equipment MAY NOTbe returned once gas or oil has been put in it, even if the equipment has been drained of such fluids. All units must be inspected by our Authorized Service Center if faulty. Our service center will attempt to repair faulty equipment, under the manufacturer’s warranty, before an exchange is granted.
- Appliances: May include, but not be limited to, refrigerators, stoves, freezers, air conditioning units, water heaters, washers and dryers. Service and return policies may vary per manufacturer. Please see store associate for details.
- We reserve the right to limit or refuse any returns or exchanges to anyone.
